Overview
Working in a remote environment has become even more relevant, especially during the recent global pandemic. With the aid of high definition cameras, remote access control and the very latest Siemens TIA Portal software, our engineering team here at Parmley Graham can discuss specific applications with you. Using remote access into our Industry 4.0 Centre, we can demonstrate the features and benefits now available through integrated software, and how to get the very best out of the technologies available for both future-proofing and adding security into your systems. This allows us to:

Our Industry 4.0 Technology
The Parmley Graham Industry 4.0 Centre is a mirror of the Siemens Digital Experience Centre based in Manchester and is filled with technology from Micro Automation, Servo Drives, Redundant PLC’s, Automation Safety Solutions, and Networks.
Also available for demonstration at the front of our Industry 4.0 Centre is a Digital Twin of a Virtually Commissioned Machine. This CAD was created using Mechatronics software from Siemens, which partners up with the real-life machine in Manchester built to the specifications of the Digital Twin. This is one of just many possibilities with Virtual Commissioning that we can discuss.
In order to access the systems and to widen the scope of technologies available, we have brought together products from our other major supply partners to enhance the overall experience. This includes Ewon products for remote access connectivity, Leuze Safety Scanners on PROFISAFE ethernet protocol, Turck Banner Intelligent Lighting Technology, Pepperl+Fuchs I/O Link Sensors and Festo Mechanical Handling products.
